Peer Support

Sometimes what we need is not another clinical space, but a human one.

Andreea’s approach to peer support is rooted in lived experience, listening and honest conversation. Her work centres on pregnancy loss and grief, eating disorder recovery, body image and self-worth.

Peer support is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care or eating disorder treatment, and does not replace professional healthcare.

This is a space to be heard, understood and met where you are. Through honest conversation, reflection and writing, Andreea offers compassionate peer support—a place to make sense of difficult experiences and feel less alone in them.

Being witnessed rather than being fixed.

Volunteer work

In the Community

Andreea volunteers with the Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) Network in Ontario, providing peer support by phone and participating in community outreach supporting individuals and families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

Peer support provided through PAIL Network is part of Andreea’s volunteer work with the organization and is separate from AndreeaAusten.com.
